We recognize that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a fitness class, EMS training, or personal training with us. Therefore, we have set up the following 24-hour cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session time, please contact us by email a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of your session. In the event of no-show or late cancellations without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge full payment for services rendered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
